Volunteer Profile: United City Church

Thank you to volunteers from United City Church for serving at the Community Food Bank on Saturday! According to their Facebook page, “We are a brand new, life-giving church in Fort Worth that exists to unite people far from God and bring them close to him.” Jessi Williams, a member of the church, shared the following about the church: “We are a church plant, and we have been in the Fort Worth area since January 27. We are part of a network called ARC (Association of Related Churches). All over the country today, every ARC church is participating in ‘Serve Day,’ when we go out into the community and serve, and so we decided to come and partner with you guys. Today, we are sorting through water and cans, and getting them packaged for you guys to ship out.” Thank you for your service to our community!
